Pizza Instructions

1. Add Water, yeast, and sugar together and let it sit for 5 minutes and make sure yeast activates
2. Add in Olive oil, salt, and 2 cups flour and mix.
3. Kneed out and put into an oiled bowl and cover with damp towel and let it sit for up to 1.5 hours until doubled in sized. You can skip this step if you want and make the pizza but will result it in better dough. You can also do as short as 30 minutes.
4. Roll our pizza into a circular shape. Use more flour here if needed up to 1/4 cup. You can use more. It should be slightly sticky but not sticking like crazy to your hand.
5. Add sauce and toppings (Bacon and chicken for this one).
6. Preheat oven to 475 degrees and place parchment paper down on a baking tray and throw pizza into the oven.
7. Bake for about 15-20 min
