
Ingredients
1. Beef2. Rice Sticks Noodles
3. Garlic
4. Chinese Broccoli (Substitute for Broccoli and Spinach)
5. Oyster Sauce
6. Soy Saue
7. Fish Sauce
8. Rice Vinegar
9. Oil
10. Corn Starch
11. 1 Egg
12. Sugar
Steak Marinade
1. 10 oz Steak - whatever cut you want. I used Chuck.2. 1 tsp - Dark Soy Sauce
3. 1 tsp -all purpose soy sauce
4. 1.5 tsp cornstarch
5. 1/3 tbs of oil
Sauce:
1. 2 tbsp Oyster sauce2. 2 tsp dark soy sauce
3. 1.5 tsp soy sauce
4. 1/2- 1 tbs brown sugar (Put in 1 tbs if you like it more sweet)
5. 1 tsp of fish sauce
6. 2 tsp rice vinegar
Directions
1. Soak Rice noodles in hot water to soften the noodles2. Marinate the chicken with the steak marinade ingredients
3. Make the sauce and keep It on the side
4. Add meat to a pan and cook and remove from stove.
5. Add in vegetables; stems, Broccoli, garlic, spinach…In that order so the garlic doesn’t burn. Stems and broccoli will take about 3-4 minutes to cook.
6. Push all vegetables to the side and then in egg. Remove everything after it’s cooked
7. Add in noodles and pour sauce over noodles. Give it a few tosses and let it sit for about 1 -1.5 minute so you can get a nice char.
8. Add in the vegetables, toss and serve.
