Directions:
- Create the batter for your waffles and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Create the dry and wet dredge for your fried chicken.
- Make the maple bourbon glaze.
- Turn on the waffle maker and throw on some waffle batter and make sure to let it cool down for a few minutes.
- Place your chicken into the dry, then the wet, then the dry and fry at 375 F Degrees and allow it to drop down to 350 F degrees.
- Place your chicken on top of your waffles and dredge it with your bourbon maple glaze.
- Top the chicken with some chives.
- Place some strawberies and bluberrys around the plate
