Fried Chicken and Waffles Recipe

Alright, alright, alright!!! We got an absolute heater on the menu!! Fried Chicken and Waffles are a must. And if you never tried it before, well you are in for a treat! 

The best way I can deliver this recipe to you is to do 3 sperate recipes. I've left some high level directions on how to make everything on this recipe card but use the links below to get in-depth on the exact measurements on how to make each part of dish. Below are the links:

Directions: 

  1. Create the batter for your waffles and set aside for 15 minutes. 
  2. Create the dry and wet dredge for your fried chicken
  3. Make the maple bourbon glaze
  4. Turn on the waffle maker and throw on some waffle batter and make sure to let it cool down for a few minutes.
  5. Place your chicken into the dry, then the wet, then the dry and fry at 375 F Degrees and allow it to drop down to 350 F degrees.
  6. Place your chicken on top of your waffles and dredge it with your bourbon maple glaze. 
  7. Top the chicken with some chives. 
  8. Place some strawberies and bluberrys around the plate
  9. Enjoy!
